Report from the SD Deployment Task Leaders: After many years of careful studies and surveys, the SD deployment authorities have finally found the most appropriate vehicle for water deployment. The characteristics of this new vehicle will surely be reported in detail during the Critical Design Review, and procedures for procurement of several units are going to be included within the WBS in time for the pre-production phase.
